ABOUT KATHRYN
As a wedding and special event planner, Kathryn has worked on creating and executing over 250 exclusive events ranging from opulent estate soirees to intimate beach affairs. Kathryn is known for her passion for perfection, ensuring each event is spectacular, unique, and beautifully designed down to the smallest of details. After nearly a decade of luxury wedding and event experience, Kathryn has been crafting expertly executed weddings and events for clients across the United States.
Weddings that Kathryn has worked on have been featured in numerous publications and blogs including Style Me Pretty, Carats and Cake, The Knot, Inside Weddings, Party Slate, Exquisites Weddings Magazine, Ceremony Magazine, and SD Style Weddings.
Kathryn has a degree in psychology from the University of California, San Diego and is an active member of The Junior League of San Diego. Before launching Kathryn Rataczak Special Events, Kathryn was the lead coordinator for Victoria Weddings and Events. Working under Victoria Schroeder for over seven years, she learned the ins and outs of planning, designing, and producing spectacular events for high-end clientele.
